This is a class operation, very professional and the staff provide the kind of customer service that most people can only dream about. I have flown several times in order to avoid the LONG car trip from the Oregon central coast to Portland airport. Today my husband had to get to the emergency room at Portland VA Medical Center. I have never had such a positive experience connected with any airline. I read about Seaport Air last Oct. when they opened the Mid-South Route, but didn’t have the chance to fly until March.

I fly all over the country for business and have found Sea-Port to have a very customer friendly staff. I flew one flight from Portland back to Pendleton after starting my morning in Baltimore, the weather was pretty bad and very windy, our flight crew was very informed and knew the best route to get us all home safe. ... I just had my first flying experience with SeaPort Air and could not have been happier. As a residence of Bentonville, AR who goes to Memphis often, I now have a better way to fly. No longer will I pay Delta's ridiculous prices. I will fly SeaPort. From the customer service folks to the ops folks to the pilots, they were all wonderful.

What's that old adage? "Try it, you'll like it!" Well, take it from someone who doesn't even like to fly, traveling between Portland and the Oregon coast is finally fun! Seaport's service saves so much time and hassle. Instead of feeling tired after 3 hours in the car, I arrive fresh and ready to go. The "in-air" time is usually less than 30 minutes, and weather permitting the view is incredible! The planes are comfortable, the crew is welcoming, and flying just doesn't get any easier than this. Both my husband and I use Seaport Air and love it!

Time saving, gas saving, fun experience
SeaPort Air - is there any other way to go? Driving from the Coast to PDX and back (time involved almost 5 hours), dealing with the traffic, the parking, and the waiting in line, not to mention the gas expense, is an inconvienence at the least and an annoying aggravation in the middle. We won't go into what I had to do LAST Christmas eve (08) picking up my daughter from PDX, which was the extreme! Not something that I ever plan on doing again.
I have done this on a number of occasions when my daughter would visit and then needed to catch a flight out of PDX to get to Seattle or Boise.
I put my daughter on a flight the day after Tday last month. Her words: "Sweet, the pilot had a great sense of humor and I felt like a rock star on a private charter flight!" Me? Well, I have decided that this is the only way to send the daughter back to Seattle or wherever she is connecting from Portland. Great staff and the easiest and fastest way possible to get to PDX. Cost? Less than what I would have paid for the gas. Oh, by the way, she was at PDX before I got home!

I enjoyed your level of person to person customer service, which I had always provided during my personal work experience. I can understand expected service, however, when that has been extended beyond my imagination, it forced me to write, and to think about how I felt alike with my service style.

Our office has a number of requirements to fly to Portland almost monthly. On several occasions I have been transporting very rare and fragile antique articles. The customer service and attention to making sure these items are protected is really exceptional. Couple that with all the "regular" nice folks at both ends and pilots that are top notch and you have an unbeatable combination. Instead of a driving struggle round trip of 8+ hours we are looking at two hours tops with lots more quality time to spend with our clients. Well done SeaPort. ... [+] More

I flew SeaPort Airlines on Monday Sept. 14, 2009. It was my first flight on such a small airplane. From the time the van picked me up until the moment I arrived in Newport, I was treated with such friendliness and courtesy. It was a most intimate and awesome experience. As an added bonus, the beauty of the Oregon Coast from the air as we approached the Yaquina Bay bridge and surrounding Newport area was breathtaking. Thank you. Please pass along to your management team or marketing personnel that my flying experience yesterday exceeded my expectations in many ways. A wonderful experience! Aside from the obvious benefits (no crowds, no TSA, no slogging through a huge airport, etc.), the crews were personable, the facilities were comfortable, and the pilots put the planes on the ground so gently I wasn't even sure we had landed.
